#SexySnippet

 #SexySnippets 2nd November  2014

Every weekend, a group of us sign up at  The Nuthouse Scribblers blog and post a sexy snippet: 7 sentences from a work in progress. Here’s mine for the week again from  Lily and the Mechanic.

It’s a historical novella set in London 1898. Lily and the mechanic now have a well established night time liaison that is reaching its testing point.

He opened the door and hoisted her effortlessly onto the carriage seat.

The door clicked shut as he stepped in and immediately leaned over her.

Excitement flared through her belly at the tension in his face, the closeness of his lips, the warmth of his body as it closed in on hers.

“Don’t you think the carriage trysts are getting a bit old?” Taunting him was probably not a good idea but a part of  her, a darker wanton part wanted to see him let loose.

He bared his teeth rather than smiled; tugged at his neck tie and looked down at her chest which was heaving in great breaths under her coat.

“Clothes off Lily, all of them.”
