Writing the ‘Pirates of Pleasure’ duet was a submersion into a world where normal rules don’t apply, only those rules and wishes of the strongest. The challenge was to find the glitch in the armor, the crack of humanism where things could be different....
I wanted the feel to be like Pirates were the bikers of the sea....
