#SexySnippets 18th October 2014
Every weekend, a group of us sign up at The Nuthouse Scribblers blog and post a sexy snippet: 7 sentences from a work in progress. Here’s mine for the week again from Lily and the Mechanic.
It’s a historical novella set in London 1898.
Then she smiled, all the way into her eyes and more, a soft invitation.
It slammed into him, he reached out, pulled her against him and threaded his fingers through that tangle of ebony hair arching her head back.

“No! Show me, show me again.”
Her mouth was the warmest place on earth as it opened under his, sweet and slick with full lips like fruit ready to burst. A gentle stroke of her tongue and his knees felt like they would buckle.

This is such a powerful snippet but it has really left me wanting to know more about the tension between them. Why say stop? What is he showing her again? I am drawn in deep and quick. Love it!
