So after much oscillation, I have created a 2nd brand called:- E. D. Holland

The Gothic Thriller of the Painted Sisters will be expanded and intensified as part of this brand.
HUNT ME A SISTER will build and expand on the Skinner and Painted Sisters from Painted Heart and Painted Trust and Painted Strength.
PAINTED TRUST has been withdrawn from sale and will be relaunched with a lightened touch around the thriller and new sections of the romance. This will make it more accessible to readers currently struggling with the heavy thriller elements.
Likewise Painted Strength will be a romance with the threat of the skinner but none of the darker crime scenes.
If you are interested in the darker expanded Thriller, please jump onto E. D. Holland’s website and subscribe for blog updates. I am also on FB as ED Holland and E.D. Holland if you want to keep up to date there.
Transitioning is my current writing focus.
Thank you for all your support and feedback which has helped me make this decision.

Dear Elsa,
I am an enthusiastic reader of your work. Your blogs, your Pinterest page, and other inspirational ideas you’ve shared with us seem to echo my own sensibilities and shadows. I am so pleased to learn that you’ve not dropped off the face of the earth.
One thing is of concern to me: “…readers currently struggling with the heavy thriller elements.”
Please, please do not “dumb down” your magnificent writing to appease the emotional hemophiliacs that comprise the current idiotic “woke” culture. If they can’t manage life as adults, their parents should have done a better job.
Never apologize for your work, or second-guess it. You are the creator of an extraordinary world through your brilliant stories. You are not a therapist for those who may have had unpleasant experiences in life, and now whine that they have “triggers”. If they can only manage children’s books, surely Nancy Drew is still out there.
Thank you so much for your encouragement and support; it means a lot to me. My Elsa Holland books will always be a bit on the dark side; that’s the nature of the stories I am drawn to. E.D. Holland will allow me to take the Victorian gothic thriller a few steps deeper and darker than in Painted Trust, which I look forward to exploring. Many, many thanks for your support!
